I can't sit still for that long - my legs and back bother me too much I get too distracted - True meditation and the meditative state is happening whether you are sitting or walking. It is occurring regardless of movement or non-movement. The stillness of meditation occurs moment-to-moment, all the time.
My mind is too active I cant stop the racing thoughts - YOU DON’T NEED TO STOP YOUR THOUGHTS. I promise you this! It doesn’t matter how loud or quiet, how tranquil or racing your mind is. The peace and stillness of meditation is happening even when you are thinking! It is possible to allow all thoughts to come and go. Allow your thoughts to just be as they are, like a radio playing in the background. Like a distant conversation happening “over there”, away from here.
Meditation sounds nice but I need help now not after 50 years of practice - You don’t need to give an hour, 30 minutes, or even 15 minutes of your time to start experiencing true meditation, "Accessing".
